注意事項

1. 大會建議參加者帶備不少於500ml飲料及適量食物補充。請帶備身份證、少量現金、八達通及設本地通訊的手提電話。

2. 建議大家穿著越野跑鞋及行山杖參加。請注意山勢險峻, 務必注意安全。

3. 建議參加者沿著大會路線進行活動前, 先了解路線資料 , 同時下載GPX檔案至手機或手錶。作導航用途。如發現不依照大會指定路線完      成, 大會有權不給予任何獎項。

Rules and Precautions

1. Participants are advised to bring at least 500ml of drinks and suitable food supplements. Please bring an ID card, a small amount of cash, an Octopus card, and a mobile phone with local communication capabilities.​

2. It is recommended that everyone wear trail running shoes and hiking poles to participate. Please note that the mountains are steep, and be sure to pay attention to safety.​

3. Participants are advised to understand the route information and download the GPX file to their mobile phone or watch before starting the conference route. For navigation purposes. The completed mileage must be at least the mileage specified in the conference route. If it is found that the task is not completed according to the route selected by the conference, the conference reserves the right not to award any prizes. Be applicable.

安全

路線包含一些崎嶇不平、陡斜險要的路段。請大家任何時候均應格外小心,並為自己及其他徒步者的安全著想。大家應確保帶備到達自己定位立的終點之前所需的足夠食物和飲料,尤應注意多些喝水。吸收充足水分,對保障個人安全至為重要。我們強烈建議您攜帶濾水器在緊急情況下取水。

Safety

The route contains some rough and steep sections. Please be extra careful at all times and consider the safety of both yourself and other hikers. Make sure to bring enough food and drink to reach your designated destination, and drink plenty of water. Adequate hydration is essential for personal safety. We strongly recommend getting a water filter to access water in an emergency.​

電話訊號覆蓋情況

大部分賽道均屬手提電話網絡覆蓋範圍,惟也有部分地區並無網絡覆蓋或存在接收訊號斷續情況。

參加者可按需要自行購買意外傷亡、保障財物等保險,主辦單位不作任何意外賠償。

主辦單位保留是次活動的最終決定權,任何有關活動的成績排名及獎項,將以主辦單位公佈為準。​

所有個人資料只供是次活動登記之用,並絕對保密,只有經授權的人士方可查閱及處理使用人士之個人資料。參加者並同意以電郵形式,收取「3 Balls Trail Series」之活動、宣傳及其他通信。

Telephone signal coverage

Most of the tracks are covered by mobile phone networks, but there are also some areas where there is no network coverage or intermittent signal reception.

Participants can purchase accidental casualty, property protection and other insurance as needed, and the organiser will not make any accident compensation.​

The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on this event. The organiser will announce the results, rankings and awards of any related event.​

All personal information is used only for registering for this event and is strictly confidential. Only authorised persons can access and process the personal information of users. Participants also agree to receive email communications about the "3 Balls Trail Series" event, promotions, and other updates.

進行户外運動提示

時刻考慮其他山徑和道路使用者。

過馬路或在道路上跑步,請格外留神。 

如果遇上其他山徑使用者受傷或遇險,請在自己能力範圍內提供協助。

請確保帶備足夠的食物和飲料,並有足夠的保暖和防水衣服。強烈建議攜帶濾水器在緊急情況下使用。

Always consider other trail and road users

Be extra careful when crossing the road or running on the road​

In the event of injury or distress to other trail users, please assist within your means​

進行體育活動需要良好的訓練,所有參加者都確認自己健康並且適合參與 3 Balls Trail Series,完成登記即表示您明確並且同意您對自己的活動承擔所有責任。

您明確同意免除 3 Balls Trail Series 組織者與您的體育活動有關的任何和所有責任,並且您還同意,在任何情況下該組織均不對您或任何第三方因或與 3 Balls Trail Series 有關而引起的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或後果性的損害負責。

Liability and Insurance

Each participant must take full responsibility for their health and safety.

We strongly recommend that you purchase your own personal accident insurance.

Each participant must also acknowledge that they are responsible for themselves and their escort or support team members.

Physical activity requires good training and all participants confirm that they are fit and fit to participate in 3 Balls Trail Run. By completing registration, you expressly agree that you are solely responsible for your activities.

You expressly agree to release the 3 Balls Trail Series organiser from any liability related to your sporting activities. You also agree that under no circumstances shall the organisation hold you or any third party responsible for any liability to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the 3 Balls Trail Series, accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

不可抗力

不可抗力,即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦比賽成為不可能,不安全或不切實際的情況。 不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、示威、騷亂、政府,軍事或警察的行動或指示、罷工、怠工、禁工、阻塞或動亂、堵塞或不能通過道路或山徑、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅。

Force Majeure​

Force Majeure, the occurrence of events beyond the organiser's control, making it impossible, unsafe, or impractical to hold the competition. Events of force majeure include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, hostilities, aggression, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, demonstration, riot, government, military or police action or direction, strike, sabotage, lockout, blockage or disturbance, blockage or Roads or trails, outbreaks of disease, acts and threats of terrorism are not allowed.
