Rules and Precautions
1. Participants are advised to bring no less than 500ml of drinks and appropriate food supplements. Please bring an ID card, a small amount of cash, an Octopus and a mobile phone with local communication.
2. It is recommended that everyone wear trail running shoes and hiking poles to participate. Please note that the mountains are steep, and be sure to pay attention to safety.
3.Participants are advised to understand the route information and download the GPX file to their mobile phone or watch before proceeding along the route of the conference. for navigation purposes. The completed mileage shall not be less than the mileage specified in the conference route. If it is found that it is not completed according to the route specified by the conference, the conference reserves the right not to give any awards. Be applicable.
During the event, participants are advised to bring the following equipment
1. Mobile phone
2. Headlamp or torch
4. A water bag or water bottle with a capacity of not less than 0.5 liters
5. Sufficient food/energy bar
6. Airtight bags (for personal waste)
7. Bib number
8. Octopus / appropriate amount of cash
10. Sunglasses/sun hats
The route contains some rough and steep sections. Please be extra careful at all times and consider your own safety and that of other hikers. You should make sure you bring enough food and drink to reach your designated destination, especially drinking plenty of water. Adequate hydration is essential for personal safety. We strongly recommend that you bring a water filter to get water in an emergency.

Telephone signal coverage
Most of the tracks are covered by mobile phone networks, but there are also some areas where there is no network coverage or intermittent signal reception.
Participants can purchase accidental casualty, property protection and other insurance as needed, and the organizer will not make any accident compensation.

Liability and Insurance
Each participant must take full responsibility for their own health and safety.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own personal accident insurance.
